Dear anderjackie, You picture doesn’t show any festoons under lower eyelids. Instead you have soft tissue resorption over malar and zygomatic areas. You also have some problems with upper eyelids. I suggest you eyebrow lifting and autologous fat injection into the cheeks and over the zygomatic and malar areas.
